Are meetings really unlimited on the Free plan?
Yes. You can create and host as many meetings as you need. Free includes full video conferencing — we only limit live translation, exports, and AI features.
What happens if I join a meeting on Free without translation?
Everyone sees and hears the same audio and video. Participants simply won't receive live translated subtitles until the host is on Professional or Business.
Can guests join without an account?
Yes. Guests enter with a display name and room code. Only hosts need to sign in with Google to create and manage meetings.
When will AI summaries be available?
AI meeting summaries are included with Professional and Business plans and will roll out after our pilot phase. Free users can still take manual host notes.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. When billing launches, upgrades will take effect immediately and we'll prorate the difference. During the pilot, contact us to switch plans manually.
